Central Pharma expands warehousing to include cold storage

Pharmaceutical contract service provider Central Pharma, recently announced its expansion to Haverhill, UK. Specialising in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, the company acquired the 47,000 square foot site to meet ever- increasing demand for warehouse and storage capabilities.

The site offers 2-8 degree and temperature-controlled ambient storage. In addition, drug safe storage and office space with high-speed Wi-Fi are available. Further cold storage with -20

and -80 Celsius capabilities to support customer demand will be added.

Split across two buildings, the site is planned to have dedicated areas for cell and gene therapy clients. It also benefits from expanded capabilities for production in clean room environments and secondary packing.

Central Pharma has a long history of providing clients with regulatory assistance and are fully licenced to import product from countries outside of UK & Europe, including QP release to over 40 countries.

Alongside the Haverhill facility, they operate sites in Tralee, Ireland and are headquartered in Bedford, UK.
